Our support

Our programs

We support each woman as a whole person, through three complementary pillars. Everyone moves at her own pace: you can start with one, or journey through all three.

Wellbeing

Arriving in a new country takes immense energy. Before even thinking about “a job” or “a budget,” you often need to catch your breath, find balance and feel surrounded. It is the starting point for everything else.

We offer a warm, judgment-free space: sharing circles among women, moments of listening, stress-management workshops and guidance toward the region’s health resources. You come for yourself, to breathe, and to build connections that last.

Who it’s for

  • Women who feel isolated or overwhelmed by the settling-in process.
  • Those looking for a caring peer support circle.
  • Any woman wishing to care for her balance before going further.

Financial literacy

The Canadian financial system has its own codes: budgeting, credit, taxes, savings, bank accounts. When you arrive, these bearings are missing — and you sometimes make costly decisions for lack of clear information.

Our practical, small-group workshops demystify everyday money: building a realistic budget, understanding credit, avoiding common pitfalls, starting to save. The goal is not to judge, but to equip, so that every woman takes back control of her finances with full autonomy.

Who it’s for

  • Women discovering the Canadian banking and tax system.
  • Those who want to build a budget, or build or rebuild their credit.
  • Any woman seeking calmer financial decisions for her family.

Professional development

Many of us arrived with degrees, experience and talents that nonetheless struggle to be recognized here. Reclaiming your professional place is often a long, sometimes discouraging journey — but you do not make it alone.

We support the job search step by step: showcasing skills earned here and abroad, résumés and interviews tailored to the local market, mentorship and networking. Every step taken brings another closer to lasting stability.

Who it’s for

  • Women looking for work or changing careers.
  • Those whose degrees or experience are slow to be recognized.
  • Any woman wishing to grow her network and professional confidence.
