Together, we build the autonomy of immigrant women.

We are a collective of immigrant women in Ottawa-Gatineau. Because we have lived through arrival and integration ourselves, today we support other women toward wellbeing, financial stability and professional fulfillment.

Our support

Three pillars to move forward

Every woman moves at her own pace. Our work is built around three complementary levers, designed to support the whole person.

Wellbeing

A space to breathe, take care of yourself and build connections. We offer a listening ear, sharing circles and resources to navigate the challenges of arrival with calm and confidence.

In their words

Journeys that inspire us

Temporary illustrative portrait accompanying Amina’s story, to be replaced with a real, consented photo.

When I arrived, I felt alone and a little lost. Here, I found women who understood my journey without my having to explain everything. Today, I dare to move forward again.
